The Southwest Virginia Crossroads Coalition is an Implementing Partner for CarePortal in SWVA. We provide training and ongoing support for churches and social workers using the CarePortal platform and rally the community around the needs of vulnerable children and families served by local departments of social services. We also help leverage local assets and ingenuity to address specific concerns in each locality.
